Redefining Occasion Wear, One Thread at a Time

Ekayka is more than a label—it’s a journey into the heart of modern Indian wear. We’re rooted in tradition but driven by a bold, contemporary spirit that celebrates individuality and self-expression.

At Ekayka, we believe in creating fashion that tells a story—of culture, craft, and the unapologetic confidence of those who wear it. We’re here for those who seek more than just clothing; we’re here for those who value authenticity, bold design, and the beauty of modern tradition.

Welcome to Ekayka—where tradition evolves, and elegance finds its edge.

If you saw me in my daily sweatshirts, fashion might be the last industry you'd guess. But I’ve always been drawn to creative pursuits, thanks to my dad’s encouragement to follow my passion. My journey began at 14 with a pre-college program at FIT, New York, and continued through NIFT Hyderabad, where I earned my undergrad in Fashion Design. During COVID, I started a small Instagram business upcycling fabrics, sparking my dream of launching a larger brand. To deepen my knowledge, I pursued a Master’s in Luxury and Brand Management at SCAD, blending design and business insights.

Outside of work, I’m cafe-hopping (no coffee, though), rewatching Friends, or surviving Hyderabad traffic—the city I love and the place that’s shaped my journey. Surrounded by the most supportive people, I’m grateful to do what I love every day.

My creative journey began early, fueled by drawing, sketching, and oil painting. Art classes gave me a sense of calm and purpose, leading me to pursue fashion—a perfect blend of creativity and practicality. At NIFT, I discovered my passion for design, completing a Bachelor's in Knitwear Design and a Master’s in Fashion Design. Ekayka is where I merge my love for knits, wovens, and entrepreneurship—a path inspired by watching my dad build his own business.

Outside work, my golden retriever, Bubbles, is my world. I spend way too much time at the gym (definitely a gym bro) and can't live without coffee. Fashion is my language, and I love supporting emerging designers who share my passion for thoughtful, creative work.
