At Ekayka, each product is specially made to order just for you, ensuring a unique and personalized experience. As a result, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

We do not offer refunds.

15-Day Replacement Policy
Eligibility: Products can be replaced within 15 days of purchase if they are defective, damaged intended.

Process: Customers must notify us within 1 day of receiving the product and provide proof of purchase along with evidence of the issue. Replacements will be subject to stock availability.

Exclusions: Products showing signs of misuse, physical damage, or wear and tear not covered under warranty will not be eligible for replacement.
